City Council
Bend City Council
The Council meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 710 NW Wall Street. Bend City Councilors and the Mayor are elected by the voters in Bend to serve four-year terms. The Mayor leads the City Council meetings and serves as an ambassador for the City. The Councilors select a Mayor Pro Tem from amongst themselves. With the exception of executive session meetings, Council meetings are open to the public.
Meetings are broadcast live on the City's website and on cable on COTV Channel 11 beginning at 6 p.m.
Redmond City Council
Regular City Council Meetings are held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM. Meetings are usually hosted at the City Council Chambers, 411 SW 9th Street in Redmond but due to COVID-19, all City Council meetings are currently being conducted virtually.
They are streamed live on this website (Meeting Agendas, Minutes and Video page) and are also broadcast live on COTV 11 - BendBroadband Channel 11 beginning at 6:00 p.m. on regular meeting nights. Rebroadcasts are scheduled for the non-meeting Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m. Want to speak to the council?

Madras City Council
The Council meets generally twice a month (Calendar). To receive meeting alerts or other information, you can subscribe here. Agendas and Meeting packets are typically distributed five days in advance of Council meetings. If a citizen would like to have something added to the agenda, they must contact the City Recorder by calling 541-475-2344 at least 10-14 days in advance of the meeting they would like to present at. Sisters City Council
Regular Sessions are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month in the City Hall Council Chambers at 6:30 p.m.
The Agenda: Council considers the items that are published on the agenda. Note: members of the public may discuss any topic related to City business during the Visitors Communication part of Regular meetings.
LaPine City Council
The City Council works to maintain La Pine’s vision for a well-functioning, harmonious community today and in the future. It accomplishes this by creating ordinances and resolutions, approving the annual budget, overseeing land use and public works, and generally providing for local needs. Council members are elected by popular vote and serve four-year terms. The mayor is elected for a two-year term. Bend LaPine School Board
The Board of Directors for Bend-La Pine Schools meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. for Regular Business Meetings and on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. for a Work Sessions, unless otherwise noted.
All meetings, unless otherwise noted, will be held in room 314 of the Education Center, 520 NW Wall Street, Bend, OR.

Redmond School Board
The Board conducts school business at regularly scheduled public meetings usually held at 5:30 p.m., unless otherwise highlighted. Please click the link to the 2021-22 Board Meeting Agenda & Minutes.
From time to time, the Board convenes into executive session. Executive sessions are closed to the public. Motions and votes resulting from the executive sessions are made in open session.

Prineville (Crook Cty) School Board
The Crook County School Board meets on the second Monday of every month starting at 6:30pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings in-person at the District Office, located at 471 Ochoco Plaza Drive in Prineville. The school board has designated a public comment time during every meeting for citizens to ask questions and address the board about various concerns. Email askccsd@crookcounty.k12.or.us.
Sisters School Board
The Sisters School Board consists of five members elected to serve overlapping four-year terms as non-salaried trustees of the School District. As elected officials, the Board is responsible for the scope, depth, and quality of education and its the official policy-making body of the school district.
Madras (Jefferson County) School Board
Our five-member School Board meets at 7:00pm in the Board Conference Room at the District Office (Support Services Building) located at 445 S. E. Buff Street in Madras on the second Monday of every month (unless noted otherwise). We welcome public participation at school board meetings. Deschutes County Commissioners
The Board of County Commissioners is comprised of three elected officials who serve four-year terms. The Board is elected at large, serves as the public’s elected advocate, and is the policy making body of Deschutes County government. The Board of Commissioners also is the governing body for other boards such as the Deschutes County 9-1-1 Service District, the Black Butte Ranch Service District, the Extension/4-H County Service District and the Sunriver Service District. Crook County Commissioners
The Crook County Commissioners' Office is the Administrative office for Crook County. County Administration consists of 3 court members. Jefferson County Commissioners
The Board of Commissioners is the County governing body. They provide a direct link between the citizens of Jefferson County and their County Government. The Board is responsible for approving ordinances (County Laws); adopting the County budget; setting standards for the use of County property; appointing non-elected officials, boards, commissions and committees; and overseeing the operation of County departments with appointed department heads.
